JOB TITLE: Promotion Executive
Purpose of the job
To plan and direct promotional policies and programs or produce collateral materials, such as posters, contests and coupons to create extra interest in the purchase of a product or service for the entire organization, or on an account basis.
Job requirement

• Minimum of 4 years strong experience in Telecoms industry
• Experience in promoting telecoms products
• Experience with building brands, developing communications campaigns, promotions, and events would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of customer/market dynamics and requirements
• Willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals
• Proven ability in brand advertising / promotions
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, which includes customer, needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop contacts for promotional campaigns and industry programs that meet identified buyer targets such as dealers, distributors, or consumers.
• Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns.
• Track program budgets and expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign based on program objectives and industry norms.

EXPORT SALES MANAGER
We are currently searching for an Export Sales Manager for our client in the FMCG Industry.
Responsibilities

• Create and develop the market in Francophone Countries in West Africa
• Achieve sales and 4P targets
• Deliver distribution target for core brands as well as new products
• Deliver visibility and merchandising of brands.
• Maintain and drive compliance on the optimal 4P mix at store level
• Coach & manage DB Sales team to deliver on set Sales objective
• Identify and harness sales development opportunities within area of coverage
• Develop and manage client relationship for both confirmed and potential customers

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales/ Marketing in an FMCG Company
• A University degree in a commercial subject from a recognised University
• Must be results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
• Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
• Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
• Good grasp of sales and marketing strategies and planning issues
• Have an excellent time management and communication skills
• Working Knowledge of French Language
• Previous work experience in Francophone West Africa will be an added advantage
